After three planes and carrying four carry-on bags well over the authorized weight, Courtney and I made it safely. We landed in Khon Kaen, Thailand on Friday, January 21st at 7:30 A.M. We travelled the whole way with the Hamletts who are joining the team here as well. They were a huge blessing and help. Some of the members of the Thailand team met us at the airport. It was great to finally see friends after all that traveling.
The team took all four of us out for lunch celebrating our arrival. It was great to see everyone and eat some authentic Thai food. It was so tasty, not to mention cheap. Courtney and I passed out for four hours after lunch and then fell asleep at 8:00 after dinner. Now I’m writing this at 5:00 A.M.
